resources for persons with disabilities

I have been doing research on resources that are available for people with disabilities. Because I know that it can be difficult to sift through all the information that is out there, or even to discover what is needed in order to qualify for assistance. One of the reason that it is so difficult to find resource such as financial assistance is that the information isn't kept in a general location, as well the government requires  document after document that has to be filled out by  doctor or specialist to prove that the person has a disability. So the purpose of this post is provide some resources and information on how to get assistance from the government. here are some links  that are hopefully is helpful to you.

Hi everyone,
So I'm just going give a bit of information as to what is going be discussed on this blog. First of all I'll give a bit of information on my self I'm a fourth year Journalism student who has done stories on education, enviroment, and health issues. I have created this blog in order to discover and to inform the public of social and welfare issues that exist or rise up in are society.
